Replaces the fixed advisory duration and universal quarterly common-share schedule with explicit selections. Cash, common shares, approved options and commercial referrals are separately selectable; none means no promise under that schedule. Preserves vested-right, actual-approval, referral-accounting and tail protections. Removes the partial-quarter rule as a universal default. Adds the protected-reporting notice. The former quarterly three-year share-plus-referral arrangement remains an available variant.
