Added a separate alternative to the standard offer: an actual-receipt minimum fundraising threshold, a defined threshold-crossing close, prospective monthly cash compensation, no prior accrual or catch-up entitlement, lawful payroll and proration, expiry without automatic revival, and protection of mandatory pay and separately earned compensation. Default employment and work begin only after the qualifying close.
